The basis of "clean
foods" is based on eating whole foods in their most natural, nutrient-rich
and refined form. Clean foods will improve your health and reduce the symptoms
of inflammatory diseases (such as asthma, arthritis, fibromyalgia, etc.), but
they will also help the heart stay healthy and even prevent certain types of
cancer. A diet consisting of clean foods is exceptionally nutritious, and a
diet rich in nutrients is essential to reduce cravings and promote a healthy
metabolism.
Therefore, it is not surprising that improving health and healthy
eating in clean kitchens translates into weight loss without hunger.
While the spirit of the current
healthy food movement is a big step toward "healthy eating," eating a
"natural", "organic" or "vegan" diet does not
necessarily mean you are improving your health or losing a healthy diet. In other words, a food can be considered purely natural, organic and vegan, but
it is completely unhealthy and completely fattening. Many organic, vegan and
natural foods (such as white flour, potato chips and sugar) should be banned,
while others (spinach and strawberries) should be the basis of a healthy diet.
If you really want to improve
your health or lose a few pounds, it is important that you learn how to review
the marketing tips and recognize the truly healthy and slimming "pure
foods". This usually means moving away from the aisle of the grocery
store. First, you want foods that contain hardened oils, preservatives, highly
processed vegetable oils, such as corn or cotton oil, corn syrup with high
fructose content, artificial flavors, stabilizers or preservatives. Ingredients
that you do not recognize as "real" foods.
These "fake" foods
are often delivered in elegant packaging, with all kinds of bold marketing claims
on their labels. Look for foods marketed as "low in fat," "low
in carbohydrates," "healthy heart,"
"cholesterol-free," etc. Remember that foods like carrots are not
accompanied by sophisticated packaging or fragmented health promises. But foods
like carrots are real foods with real nutrients that will fill you, keep you
healthy and make you lose weight. They want to choose foods in their most
natural and "complete" form (think of corn instead of corn flakes,
apples, applesauce and oatmeal instead of a cereal oatmeal).
The most natural
foods and the most "complete" foods contain the largest amount of
nutrients in their most bioavailable form, which forms the basis of a
"clean kitchen".Although a clean kitchen can be
a vegan diet, it does not necessarily have to be. However, most of your calories (at least
80%) must come from unrefined vegetable foods and not animal foods. You should
try to increase your intake of nutrient-rich but low-calorie vegetables,
especially dark leafy vegetables such as kale, spinach, and cabbage, as well as
fresh Vollobst (avoid processed fruit juices!) And whole soybeans. (such as
tempeh, tofu, edamame beans, etc.)
Foods of animal origin, such as
meat, chicken and eggs, should be consumed in moderation. In general, you must
move the animal protein from the center of your plate. The animal protein
should be almost a garnish or rather used as a spice. For example, you can cut
fine filet mignon and sprinkle with sprout of whole wheat germinated or serve
the whole-grain pilaf rice with thin slices of fried chicken. You can replace
part of your minced meat with chili tempeh or bake with almond or hemp milk
instead of cow's milk
Or you start small with a
Monday meal without meat. Remember, the more vegetables you can eat and the
less animal foods you have, the better. In addition, you must make a special
effort to select the "cleaner" and higher quality animal feed.
Canned chicken and organic willow eggs instead of chicken. etc
Healthy nutrition initially
requires some consideration, but it is quite feasible and does not require
deprivation. You do not have to "count" your food in terms of
calories, carbohydrates, fat grams or points. You can eat until you're full and
full, and you can eat a variety of really delicious dishes.
Better yet, the
"Clean Kitchen" diet will improve your health, improve your size and
even help save the planet.
