Everyone wants a perfect body, with curves in the right
places and no "bun bumpers" on jeans, but with the accelerated and
transformed world of today, it seems impossible! Unfortunately, many people
want to become smaller and healthier by causing the yo-yo diet phenomenon. When
yo-yo-ing thin and overweight people, people put more weight on their bodies
than overweight. Therefore we urgently need an answer to stop the obesity!
Because of the media, many girls consume their nutrients to see themselves as fascinating beauties on the screen. They do not know that celebrities have to work so hard, if not more than average, to have a healthy and healthy body. It is believed that beauty and nutrition are sacrificed to achieve this goal. I would like to clarify some misunderstandings about nutrition:
1. I have to give up tasty foods to lose weight: This is as far from the truth as possible. There are many healthy, nutrient-rich and non-empty foods that can help you stay healthier and lose weight. It's not the amount of calories you eat, it's what these calories contain!
2. I have to buy special "dietary" foods if I want to lose weight: This belief is based on ads and other ads that demonstrate the benefits of specially formulated foods. In fact, these "special foods" are full of preservatives and processed foods that do more harm than good.
3. It's too expensive to follow a diet: As with everything, you can invest as much money as you want. If you want it to be expensive, it may be, but in general it is cheaper to follow a diet. Often, the solution to your eating problems is as easy as portion control or not junk food. By reducing the amount of food and eliminating junk food, you end up buying less, which reduces your initial outlay.
4. It is too difficult for me to follow a diet: I repeat, everyone can go on a diet. In fact, your current eating habits are considered your "diet"! By adjusting your current eating habits, you can gradually (or significantly) reduce your weight! Remember that it is better to lose about 1 pound a week. As you gradually lose weight, your metabolism will have time to adjust and it is less likely that you will regain all your weight. With many diets you suddenly lose too much weight, and when you return to a normal diet, your metabolism slows down and you can no longer handle the amount of food you eat.
The best way to lose weight and keep it off is to choose and follow a routine.
Consistency is the key to everything and the plan is no exception!
Disclaimer: I'm not a nutritionist,
I'm just a person trying to lose weight without getting it back. The best
program I have found is Fat Loss for Idiots. They help you to change your
lifestyle, not just your eating habits, and make the results last longer than a
typical "fad". I'm really impressed with the low cost of this
program. I can not tell you how much money I spent on this diet and this plan.
It was refreshing to find something that really works!
Do not forget to consult your doctor before choosing a weight loss program!
